Shopify File requirements
You can upload files to the Files page in your Shopify admin. Files must meet the following requirements:
Video file requirements

| Resolution | Maximum resolution of UHD |
| Video length | Maximum video length of 10 minutes |
| File formats | MOV, MP4, and WEBM |
| Minimum width and height | 100 pixels |
| Maximum width and height | 4096 pixels |
| Maximum frame rate | 120 frames per second |
| Minimum video length | 0.25 seconds |
| File names | File names may contain letters, numbers, spaces, and symbols, but must not begin with a period . |
Image file requirements

| File size | Maximum of 20 MB (megabytes) |
| Resolution | Maximum of 20 MP (megapixels) |
| Aspect ratio | Between 100:1 and 1:100 |
| File formats | JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, and GIF |
